OK, first, let me say, i'm most probably late with my reply. If this has been answered/replied to before, excuse me as i have not fully read the thread yet.

Can someone actually explain to me this "less than a minute" claim?

Well, at the very least, it's suspicious, because it's the very same dev that appeared shortly after your (BoBs) latest Titan kill (the D2 one, ganked logged off). And as far as i have seen, even if it was not '40 seconds', it was way less time than an usual petition would take. I might be wrong here though.

Pragmatically speaking, however, is it really worth the continued bad feeling on either side?
Obviously there are too many people concerned. And it's not only about AntiBoB and BoB. These perceptions of misconduct won't go away easily, even if they are not true. This is a serious PR/Communication issue, as was pointed out multiple times already.

Of course it does, as it is the game which i'm playing for more than 2.5 years now, but as pointed out above, these (percepted?sp) flaws won't just go away.

Ohhh. Your closing statement sounds like a priest spoke. I really would like to trust CCP on this one. But let's face it, it's the 2nd time something like this happens. And there are (no matter how you look at it) still some details that have not been adressed yet.
Anyway, usually i enjoy your posts, Avon, but this is not your best one... ;)
